Cookie Policy

Last updated: 14 May 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Trustnest uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies such as local storage. We refer to all of these as "cookies" for simplicity.

2. Categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to function — for example, keeping you signed in and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be disabled.

  • sb-* — authentication session (Lovable Cloud / Supabase)
  • trustnest_cookie_consent_v1 — your cookie preference

Analytics (optional)

Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Only set if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner.

3. Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for trustnest.co.uk and reloading the page — the banner will reappear.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break sign-in.

4. Third parties

Some cookies are set by service providers we use (for example, our authentication and hosting provider). They process data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
